Are the products on Salon World 100% genuine?

Yes, absolutely. Salon World (Tara Chand Satti & Sons) is an authorised distributor for all the brands we carry — including L'Oréal Professionnel, Schwarzkopf Professional, Wella, Biolage, Matrix, Ozone, Cetaphil and more. Every product is sourced directly from the brand or their official Indian distributor. We have been supplying professional salons in Jammu since 1983, and our reputation depends on authenticity.

Do you provide GST invoices?

Yes. Every order ships with a proper GST invoice. If you are a salon owner or business buyer, you can claim input tax credit on your purchase. Add your GSTIN at checkout and it will appear on your invoice. For bulk or B2B orders, contact us on WhatsApp and we will arrange a proforma invoice before payment.

What is the difference between salon size and home size?

Salon sizes (typically 500ml, 1L or 1.5L) are the same professional product in a larger pack, designed for back-bar use in salons. They offer a lower cost per ml compared to the take-home sizes (200ml–300ml). Both contain the identical formula — there is no difference in quality. If you use a product regularly at home, the salon size is a smart way to save.

How long does delivery take?

Orders in Jammu city are typically delivered the same day or next day. Orders across India ship via courier and usually arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link via SMS and WhatsApp.

Can I return or exchange a product?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, sealed and in its original packaging. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately on WhatsApp with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective.

Which hair colour brands do you stock?

We stock a wide range of professional hair colour including Schwarzkopf Igora Royal (36+ shades), L'Oréal Professionnel Majirel and Inoa (ammonia-free), Matrix, Wella and Streax Argan Secrets for home use. We also carry developers in 6%, 9% and 12% volumes to match. If you are unsure which shade or developer to pair, WhatsApp us and our team will guide you.

What is Rapid Restore and who is it for?

Rapid Restore is our own professional hair repair range, formulated with Omega 3, Omega 9 and Vitamin E. It is sulphate-free and designed for hair that has been colour-treated, heat-styled, or chemically processed. The range includes a pre-shampoo detox, shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, intensive treatment and oil. It is available in both home sizes and 500ml salon sizes for back-bar use.

Do you offer bulk pricing for salons?

Yes. We offer special pricing for salons, beauty schools and professional buyers ordering in bulk. Send us your order list on WhatsApp (+91 95966 46562) and we will send you a quote within a few hours. GST invoices and same-day delivery in Jammu are included for all salon orders.

How do I know which facial kit is right for my skin?

We stock facial kits from Kanpeki, Ozone, O3+, Vedic Valley and Casmara, ranging from 4-step to 11-step treatments. A general guide: De-tan kits (Kanpeki Anti-Tan, Ozone D-Tan) for sun-damaged or uneven skin. Glow kits (Kanpeki Glass Glow, Casmara Goji) for dull, tired skin. Acne kits (Ozone Acne Healing, Kanpeki Pura Bright) for oily or breakout-prone skin. Bridal kits (Kanpeki Bridal Bright) for wedding prep.
