We ship across India from our counter in Jammu.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM — dispatched the same working day
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on Sunday or a public holiday — dispatched the next working day
Orders awaiting payment confirmation are dispatched once payment clears

Delivery time

Jammu city — 1 to 2 working days
Rest of Jammu & Kashmir — 2 to 4 working days
Rest of India — 3 to 7 working days

These are the courier's working estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes and regional restrictions can delay delivery in some areas, and we will tell you if we know of a delay affecting your order.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay, based on your pin code and order weight. You will never be asked for a shipping charge after placing an order.

Cash on delivery

Available on most pin codes across India, subject to courier serviceability
A 1% convenience fee applies to COD orders and is shown at checkout
Please keep the exact amount ready — some courier partners cannot give change
Repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in COD being withdrawn for that address

Tracking

You will receive tracking details by SMS and WhatsApp once your parcel is handed to the courier. You can also track from the Track Your Order link in the footer.

Address accuracy

Please check your address and phone number before placing an order. We cannot redirect a parcel once it is in transit, and a failed delivery caused by an incorrect address is treated as a return.
