Everything you need to know before you buy.
-
Yes, absolutely. Salon World (Tara Chand Satti & Sons) is an authorised distributor for all the brands we carry — including L'Oréal Professionnel, Schwarzkopf Professional, Wella, Biolage, Matrix, Ozone, Cetaphil and more. Every product is sourced directly from the brand or their official Indian distributor. We have been supplying professional salons in Jammu since 1983, and our reputation depends on authenticity.
-
Yes. Every order ships with a proper GST invoice. If you are a salon owner or business buyer, you can claim input tax credit on your purchase. Add your GSTIN at checkout and it will appear on your invoice. For bulk or B2B orders, contact us on WhatsApp and we will arrange a proforma invoice before payment.
-
Salon sizes (typically 500ml, 1L or 1.5L) are the same professional product in a larger pack, designed for back-bar use in salons. They offer a lower cost per ml compared to the take-home sizes (200ml–300ml). Both contain the identical formula — there is no difference in quality. If you use a product regularly at home, the salon size is a smart way to save.

Orders in Jammu city are typically delivered the same day or next day. Orders across India ship via courier and usually arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link via SMS and WhatsApp.
